If you want to stay healthy or become healthy there are two things you need to do one is having a balanced diet and two is to have a varied diet from all the food groups. (e.g.cereals in carbohydrates , fruit and veg in fruit and veg and so on.) But I bet what the kids want to know is why do these things help you. Well if you eat fats and sugars all the time instead of good healthy food you are not getting all the minerals and vitamins you need. I'm not saying that you can't have a little bit of chocolate or the occasional hot dog just not to eat them all the time.

 

Now we are talking about exercising and staying healthy that way when I say that I don't mean you can eat all the fatty foods you want and exercise and have muscles of steel. I mean it is what you should do to burn off the little amount of fatty foods you have eaten.
